Dubai, UAE; 17 September 2012: Dubai Carbon is launching an anticipated series of Carbon Management Trainings for Managers in the areas of Sustainability, Operations and Finance starting in October.
In collaboration with sustainability consultancy IndustrRE, DCCE compiled theoretical and practical know-how in a comprehensive full-day course. “Carbon Footprinting” is a term that is widely used, but misunderstood by many organizations. The course aims at building capability within private and public entities to use carbon management as strategy to increase profitability and add to the bottom line whilst adopting more efficient practices.
This course will provide tools to avoid perceived green washing and understand what is behind Climate Change, Carbon Footprints, Environmental Finance, Carbon Accounting and Carbon Reporting to make it a fundamental part of a company’s sustainability strategy.
