Dubai, United Arab Emirates:

Dubai Carbon Centre of Excellence, a public-private partnership to fast-track clean energy project development, today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Dubai Education LLC Centre of Excellence for Innovation and Creativity (CIEC) to explore collaboration possibilities, and to contribute to qualitative research with regards to the Green Jobs Programme.

The MoU was formalized with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding at a ceremony hosted at Canadian University Dubai (CUD), the home of CEIC.

“We are looking forward to this partnership with Dubai Education. I commend the Dubai educational system for implementing more tangible knowledge in their curriculum regarding sustainable energy and low carbon economy.” commented Ivano Iannelli, CEO, Dubai Carbon Centre of Excellence.

The two bodies will be working together to explore a range of opportunities for collaboration, with Dubai Education, through CEIC, initially contributing to the qualitative research for DCCE’s Green Jobs Programme.
